Refund and Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy :-
Yes, We happily exchange.  
Following Conditions applicable:-
  1. Items purchased under discount are not eligible for exchange or return.
  2. Exchange is provided for size issues within same product and we have reverse pick up facility to most of the pin codes and major cities in India,  If reverse pick up is not available at the delivered pin code customer will have to ship us back.
  3. Any plus size garment (3XL onwards)  or shopped during an offer are not eligible for exchange
  4. Any customised clothes are not eligible for exchanges, we request you to be little careful while ordering for customised pieces.
  5. For International Orders customer is responsible to bear to and fro – shipping charges to avail exchange facility.
  6.  Our fit is great and we follow the size chart.
  7. All exchange for size issues are chargeable for Rs 250/-.
  8. International exchange charges shall be borne by the customer for to & fro of the shipment .
  9. Any exchange request can be initiated within 72 hrs ( 3 days ) from the date of delivery only..
  10. Discounted items are not eligible for refund / return.
Process of Exchange :-

Subject of mail :-   Exchange with Order id number
We will get back to you on 24-48 HRS and will make sure reverse pick up is done ASAP
Exchange Verification:-
Once we receive the product back to the warehouse, we will inform you the receipt of the product .We will ship exchanged product only once we have received the reversed product.
We reserve the consent of approval or rejection of Exchange, if other than size issues
We will not allow size issues exchange in case returned product is damaged in any form.
Refunds
Using coupon code or any discount offers is upon the discretion of the customer.No amount shall refunded or added as credit when not used while placing the order.
The particular order is not subjected to cancellation or refund.
No refund will be made in case of COVID19 restrictions or lockdown implemented by the government. We are bound to follow the same for safety and security.
We take great care delivering the product and every product goes through extensive process of quality check, However if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect we make sure the product is exchanged asap
We will not be able to refund but we will make sure you get what you have ordered .
In an event product arrives damaged please mail at : care@khansland.com along with the clear picture within 24 HRS of delivery of the product  our team will revert within 24 HRS– 48 HRS with a solution .
We reserve the consent for exchange of damaged products and is subjective to verification by team online, if required offline.
ORDER ONCE PLACED CAN NOT BE CANCELLED.
